- Record your activity weekly through April 30 on this website.
- For every reported exercise hour or pound of weight loss, 10 pounds of food (up to 1 million) is donated to your designated hunger-relief organization.
- Even if all 1 million pounds of food is donated before April 30, keep reporting weekly to meet your personal goals and for the Teams Competition.
- In May, the Teams Competition Awards Ceremony will honor the Top Teams.
